pedestrian wayfinding system

Shaftesbury approached us with a request to help them promote the wider town offer and encourage tourists to explore more than just Gold Hill; made famous by the Hovis adverts of the 70's and 80's.

The greatest challenge was to develop a wayfinding solution that supported a phased installation plan with stage one delivered to a very tight dead line. Our solution was to develop a location strategy and design a bespoke town map to be carried by our fwd product signage system jack. Selecting a proven signage design gave the town team the confidence that they could achieve their aspirations within their budget and tight time constraints.

From our initial client meeting to installation of the completed project took only 2 months and has subsequently received 100% positive user feedback.

"I am sure we will see a greater number of visitors exploring more of this historic market town and I applaud the Town Team for what they've achieved so far and look forward to supporting future projects."Bob Walter, MP for North Dorset.
